How do I upload a video to a lesson?
Open your course → click on a lesson → drag-and-drop the file into the uploader. We use Mux for adaptive HLS streaming. You can also paste a YouTube / Vimeo / Wistia / Loom URL if you'd rather host elsewhere.
Can I attach PDFs or downloadable files?
Yes. On each lesson there's a 'Resources' panel where you add links or upload files. Accepted: PDF, ZIP, DOC(X), XLS(X), PPT(X), MP3, WAV, OGG, TXT, CSV, MD. 50 MB per file.
How do I add chapters to a long video?
In the lesson description or transcript, add lines like `00:00 Intro` or `1:30 Main concept`. We auto-detect them and render a clickable chapter list under the video.
How does drip release work?
On each module set 'Drip: unlocks N days after enrollment'. Students see the module locked with the unlock date. The course owner always bypasses to preview.
What payment processors do you support?
Stripe Connect for accepting payments (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, local methods in 40+ countries). PayPal Payouts for paying creators their balance.
How does the commission work?
5 tiers: Free ($0/mo + 9% per sale), Starter ($25/mo + 5%), Growth ($49/mo + 3%), Pro ($119/mo + 1%), Scale ($229/mo + 0%). Founding Creators (first 50) get −2% off whatever tier they pick, for life.
Can I export my data?
Yes, always. Creators → /creator/export downloads a JSON bundle with every course, lesson, student email, certificate, and your profile. No lock-in by design.
How do I integrate with Zapier or my CRM?
Creators → /creator/webhooks. Add your URL, pick events (enrollment, completion, member joined, etc), we POST signed payloads with HMAC-SHA256. Works with Zapier, Make, n8n, or any HTTP endpoint.
Are AI features included on the free plan?
Yes. AI tutor, auto-clip generator, and AI moderation are available on every plan. We rate-limit fairly on free — heavy users should upgrade.
When do I get paid?
Every sale credits your balance instantly (net of platform commission + Stripe fee). Request a payout to PayPal any time over $25. Most pay out within 24h.
